Abstract
These Rules, made by the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries under section 20(a) of the Hide, Skin and Leather Trade Act, impose a cess on the trade in specified hides and skins. Cess shall be calculated as percentage rates of the free on board (f.o.b.) values of the goods.
