Abstract
This Order, made under section 191 of the Agriculture Act, establishes the Horticultural Crops Development Authority as a body corporate and defines its structure, functions and powers. It also establishes a Board of the Authority and the Horticultural Crop Nursery Committee and provides rules for: the establishment of horticultural crop nurseries or mother blocks; the operation of nurseries; the handling of agro-chemicals including pesticides; and the registration produce dealers and of horticultural crop nurseries or mother blocks with the Authority.
