Abstract
The Act establishes the Hydrologists Registration Board and provides with respect to the registration of hydrologists with the Board. It also concerns the carrying out of work as a practising hydrologist. A person who is registered under this Act shall, if he or she intends to practice in a particular year, apply for an annual licence. The Act also introduces measures to prevent illegal practices.
