Abstract
In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the Fisheries Act, the Director of Fisheries, with approval of the Minister of Rural Development prohibits the following activities: (a) fishing for all species of fish and use of any kind of fishing gear in the waters of lake Naivasha; and (b) possession or trading of fish caught from lake Naivasha.
