Abstract
This Act of the County Assembly of Kajiado County provides with respect to licences to conduct a business within the County. No person shall conduct a business within the county, unless the person has duly been granted a trade license for that business in accordance with this Act. An application for the grant of a trade license shall be lodged with the chief licensing officer. "Business" includes a profession, trade or occupation, other than a business prescribed by Regulations.
