Land Acquisition (Compensation Tribunal) Rules, 2010 (L.N. No. 31 of 2010).

These Rules concern procedures of the Tribunal established under the Land Acquisition Act, as amended. Any person who is aggrieved by an award of the Commissioner as specified in section 29 (7) and (8) of the Act may apply to the Tribunal in accordance with these Rules.
