Abstract
This is made to implement the provisions of the Land Act 2012. It amends certain provisions of the Land Regulations, 2017. Among others, a notable amendment is the inclusion of electronic lodging, whereby a user account is created for authorized users for the purposes of electronic lodgement of documents.
