Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 160 of the Land Act, 2012, amend the Land Regulations (L.N. no. 280 of 2017), by adding a new Regulation concerning chargeable fees on land alienation, allocation, subdivision, renewal lease, extension of lease, planning, approval of transaction by the Control Board.
