Land Registration (Electronic Land Transactions) Regulations, 2019 (S.I. No. 101 of 2019).

These Regulations of the Cabinet Secretary implement provisions of the Land Registration Act in respect of the electronic registry system, which shall apply to the registries set out in the Schedule. All registry transactions under the Act shall be carried out through the electronic registry system in the registries set out in the Schedule. The Chief Land Registrar shall not approve an application for an approved user unless the applicant has entered into a user agreement which includes an obligation on the user to comply with the requirements. The Chief Land Registrar may restrict, suspend or terminate a user's access to the system under specified circumstances. appeal against decisions of the Chief Land Registrar, appeal may be had with the Cabinet Secretary.
