Abstract
The Land Regulations provide a comprehensive legal framework regulating land ownership, use, and administration. They establish the principles for land tenure security, classification into public, community, and private land, and mechanisms for registration and transfer. The regulations emphasize sustainable land management, equitable access, and transparent administration, as well as dispute resolution processes respecting customary and statutory rights. They detail the roles of government institutions, such as national and county authorities, in overseeing land governance, protecting land rights, and ensuring compliance with constitutional mandates. Together, these Articles aim to promote orderly land use, environmental conservation, and socio-economic development through clear legal norms and institutional accountability. The text consists of 70 Articles divided into VIII Parts and includes various forms on land issues.
