Legal Notice no. 102 of 2023. Designation of National Public Water Works.

This Notice, made in compliance with the provisions of section 8 (1) of the Water Act, 2016, provides for defining the National public waterworks under the maintenance of the Waterworks Development Agency, and the scope of the works required, including: water and sewerage works; transmission pipelines and water treatment installation; water supply and dam structures.
