Abstract
This Notice, made under sections 39(1) and 45(1) of the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Paraprofessionals Act, 2011, provides for amending Regulations 8 and 13 of the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Paraprofessionals (Veterinary Medicines Directorate) Regulations, L.N. no. 209 of 2015, by deleting and replacing paragraphs concerning measures on Director of Veterinary Services' and Chief Executive Officer's duties.
