Mandera County Public Works and Services Act, no. 14 of 2014

This Act concerns storm water management and county water services and sanitation, and covers the following topics: flood plain; events injurious or dangerous to public health; storm water system; sanitation; water pollution incident. Matters included in this Act are: provisions of infrastructures for water storm management; protection of storm water system; prevention of flood risk; studies and assessments; water pollution incidents; environmental impact assessment; storm water system on private lands; sanitation services and obstructions in rivers and watercourses.
