Regulations relative to services regarding the supply of water and sewerage of a water undertaker appointed under section 124 of the Water Act (Cap. 372) and related matters such as pollution of water of the Trustees or sale of water supplied by the Trustees. Provisions include: application for connection with water supply (reg. 3); installation of water meters and payment of services (regs. 4 to 13); entry and inspection by officials of the Trustees (15); unauthorized taking of water (reg. 17); sale of water (reg. 18); pollution of reservoirs, aqueducts, etc. of the Trustees (reg. 18); special supply agreement (reg. 19); connection to supply system (regs. 22 to 25); waterworks (regs. 26 to 32); restrictions on use of water (reg. 33); removal of water outside the water supply boundary area (reg. 34); other matters relative to supply of water (regs. 36 to 39).
