Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of sections 25(2) and 27 of the Mining Act, no. 12 of 2016, provide for the appointment of the Board of Directors of the National Mining Corporation and the measures related. The Regulations concern: National Mining Corporation; qualification of the members of the Board and specification of their allowances; meetings of the Board; establishment of committees; special funds of the Corporation; preparation of annual financial statements; reporting requirements.
