In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Fisheries Act, the Director of Fisheries, with the approval of the Minister for Rural Development prohibits: (a) fishing for all species of fish and the use of any kind of fishing gear in the waters of Lake Naivasha; and (b) possession or trading in fish caught from Lake Naivasha.
