These Regulations amend the Pest Control Products (Licensing of Premises) Regulations by, among other things: adding a new provisions which provides that no person shall operate any business in pest control without a license issued under these Regulations; extending regulations 5 and 6 (on suitability of facilities and safety of workers to storage and packing of pest control products; and amending other provisions concerning licensing.
