Petroleum (Information and Statistics) (no. 2) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 187 of 2025.

These Regulations, made under section 101 of the Petroleum Act, concern information and statistic data on petroleum products and relating activities. The Regulations define the following relevant terms: Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority; dead stocks; incident; operational stock; petroleum products; pipeline; storage tank; transit of petroleum products imported from a foreign country; undertaking business in petroleum sector. The Regulations concern the following matters: information on petroleum importation, storage and transportation; requirements to submit information; information of wholesale and retail of petroleum products; information on liquified petroleum gas; reporting of accidents and incidents; compliance measures; offences and penalties.
