Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum under section 101(b), (p) and (aa) of the Petroleum Act, concern licensing of petroleum road transportation businesses and define the following relevant terms: certificate; Authority; designated parking; environmental liability policy; petroleum road transportation business; permit. Matters covered by these Regulations include: prohibition against petroleum road transportation business without licence; application for a licence and relating procedural matters; obligations of holders of licences; issuance of petroleum road tanker permit; tracking of petroleum tankers; prohibition of operating petroleum road tanker driver without certificate; obligations of holders of certificate; reporting of accidents and incidents.
