Petroleum (Petroleum Business Licensing and Petroleum Logistics Facility Construction Permit) (no. 2) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 183 of 2025.

These Regulations, made by the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum under section 101(b) and (m) of the Petroleum Act, apply to a person conducting petroleum business at a petroleum logistics facility, and constructing a petroleum logistics facility. The Regulations define the following relevant terms: Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority; agent; construction permit; emergency works; environment liability policy; environmental impact assessment; petroleum logistics facility. The Regulations concern the following matters: issuance of petroleum logistic facility construction permit; prohibition against construction without a construction permit; application for a permit; obligations of the holder of the construction permit; petroleum business licence and application for a licence; procedural matters concerning licences; reporting of accidents and incidents.
