The Physical and Land Use Planning (Planning Fees) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 243 of 2021.

These Regulations, made under Section 90 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, no. 13 of 2019, provide for guidelines determining planning fees for services and processes under the Act. The Regulations specify: criteria for determination of planning fees; planning and land use zoning frameworks; imposition of planning fees by the Central and Local Governments based on the services offered, including: issuance of certification, application for development permission for National Strategic projects, site inspection, drafting of a Plan for the immediate implementation of a specific process including land alienation purposes.
