Abstract
The Proclamation declares an Exclusive Economic Zone of 200 nautical miles and defines its boundaries with Tanzania and Somalia. Article 2 of the Schedule ("The Scope and Regime of the Exclusive Economic Zone") provides for terms and conditions as may be attached to a permit to fish in the EEZ by foreign nationals.
