The Protected Areas Order (Water and Sanitation Facilities). Legal Notice no. 16 of 2022.

This Order, made under section 3(1) of the Protected Areas Act, cap. 204, provides for defining areas, places and related infrastructure facilities detailed in the attached schedule as protected areas; and therefore prohibits anyone from being in the specified areas without permission of the competent authority.
