Public Finance Management Act (Kitui County Climate Change Fund) Regulations, 2018.

These Regulations' object is to establish the Kitui County Climate Change Fund, its management, operation procedures and its winding up procedure, and promote climate change programmes. The Fund provides for: financing climate change resilience and its assessment; financing monitoring and evaluation exercises of climate change projects; capacity building activities at county level, national level and international level; developing climate change programmes, interventions and targeted actions. The Regulations also establish the Kitui County Climate Change Fund Steering, Technical and Ward Committees, their composition and functions.
