Sector Plan for Land Reforms.

This Sector Plan for Land Reforms has been prepared in line with the Medium Term Plan III (2018-2022) of the Kenya Vision 2030, through a consultative process in accordance with the Constitution, and therefore outlines policies, strategies, programmes and projects for effective and efficient management, development and utilisation of Kenya's land resources in a sustainable and equitable manner. The Sector Plan focuses on the following matters: efficient planning, monitoring and evaluation on the use of the country's land resources; development of a computer-based information system to enhance the capture, management and analysis of data on land; digitalisation of land registries; measures for land ensuring ownership and administration, security of tenure, land use and development, and environmental conservation.
