Abstract
These Rules amend the Sisal Industry (Sale of Sisal and Collection of Cess) Rules by deleting rule 6, which provides that every certificate issued under these Rules shall be in force for a period of twelve months after which it may be renewed on application in writing to the Board after its sole discretion.
