Standards Order, 2002 (L.N. No. 3 of 2003).

This Order, made by the Minister for Trade and Industry under section 9(2) of the Standards Act and on the advice of the National Standards Council, declares standards for a wide variety of methods and procedures and goods, including food, mineral and other food supplements for livestock animals. It also provides that no person shall manufacture or sell those commodities or use those methods or procedures unless the commodities and methods or procedures comply with the requirements of the relevant Kenya Standards.
