Standards Tribunal (Practice and Procedure) Rules, 2013 (L.N. No. 195 of 2013).

These Rules, made by the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization and Enterprise Development under section 16H of the Standards Act, shall apply to all proceedings brought under the Act or the Kenya Accreditation Service Order 2009 before the Standards Tribunal. The objective of these Rules is to facilitate the just, expeditious, proportionate and affordable resolution of disputes. The Order requires the Tribunal to handle all matters presented before it for the purpose of attaining specified aims and provides with respect to matters of administration and proceedings of the Tribunal. The Order also provides for review of decisions of the Tribunal by the High Court.
