Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, 2012 (No. 12 of 2012).

This Act amends various enactments including: the Animal Diseases Act (in the definition of “animals” and in relation with compensation for the slaughter of animals under the Act); the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act; the Energy Act (by inserting new provisions); the Merchant Shipping Act (in relation with penalties and licensing of a maritime service provider); and the Environment and Land Court Act, 2011 (by deleting various sections, by redefining "environment" and with respect to various other matters).
