Abstract
This Act seeks to provide a legal and institutional framework for investment the County of Tana River. It establishes the Tana River Investment and Development Corporation and provides with respect to its administration. The management of the Corporation vests in the Board. Where the Corporation enters into partnership through the public private partnership business model, the law relating to public private partnerships must with necessary modifications apply.
