Abstract
The breadth of the territorial waters shall be 12 nautical miles. The breadth shall be measured from straight baselines, low water lines or low tide elevations which are described in the Schedule to this Act. For purposes of legal proceedings, a certificate signed by or on behalf of the Minister shall constitute prima facie proof whether an act or omission has taken place within or outside of the territorial waters.
