Abstract
These Rules implement provisions of the Water Act, 2002 in respect of procedural requirements and rules for appeals to the Water Appeal Board established under section 84 of the Act. The Rules also specify guidelines that shall apply in filing appeals in respect of water use rights and rights relating to groundwater.
