Water (Water Quality Analysis) (Fees) Rules, 2009 (Cap. 372).

These Rules of the Minister for Water and Irrigation specify in the Schedule the fees that shall be payable by the requesting person for the laboratory analysis (full analysis, wastewater/effluent analysis or bacteriological analysis) of water samples in the parameters respectively indicated in the Schedule. The fees shall be payable upon delivery of the water samples to the laboratory for analysis. All fees paid under these Rules shall be non-refundable.
