Abstract
These Rules make provision for various matters regarding decision-making and decisional structure of the Water Resources Authority. The Minister shall appoint the Chairman of the Authority, whereas members of the Authority shall elect the vice-chairman. Remaining provisions deal with formation of a quorum, appointment and re-appointment of members, retirement, vacancies, misbehaviour of members, etc. (10 rules)
