Wildlife Conservation and Management (Access and Conservation) (Fees) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 215 of 2023.

These Regulations, made under section 116 (2) (b) of the Wildlife Conversation and Management Act, no. 47 of 2013, apply to the accessing and conservation of national parks, national reserves and sanctuaries, involving: African countries citizens, residents, students, persons with disabilities. Matters covered by these Regulations concern: right of access and identification of users of national parks, national reserves or sanctuaries, including marine protected areas; classification of parks, reserves and sanctuaries, including mountain parks; conservation fees; security fees; special activity fees, including water sport activities, sport fishing, tourist activities; exemption from fees; corporate and annual pass for entering the parks and reserves.
