Wildlife (Conservation and Management) (Amendment) Order, 2010 (L.N. No. 111 of 2010).

This Order amends the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act in paragraph (a) of the Fourth Schedule by inserting the word “Senior Deputy Director”. Section 3E of the principal Act (as amended) provides that members of the Kenya Wildlife Service shall be of the ranks specified in the Fourth Schedule and the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, amend that Schedule.
