Abstract
These Regulations place restrictions on entry into and activities in National Parks, as defined in the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act, specified National Reserves and, if specified, Marine National Parks and Marine National Reserves. Closure of and access to these protected areas shall be decided by the Director of Wildlife Conservation and Management or any officer of the Service or an agent of the Director duly authorized in that behalf in writing. Regulations 5 to 8 prohibit, except with a special permission, various activities, including polluting of protected areas and use of firearms.
