Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife under section 16 of the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act, place restrictions on entry into and activities in National Parks (including marine parks) and National Reserves. The Regulations prescribe fees for entry into and activities in various protected areas. Activities for which a fee shall be paid include fishing.
