Abstract
This Act amends the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, by inserting a new sections concerning any form of loss or damage occasioned by any of the marine wildlife species specified under Part A of the Third Schedule to the Act and particularly: shark, whale, stone fish, sting ray.
