Abstract
The provision of this public service is carried out by the Department of Chemicalization, Plant Protection and Quarantine under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) acceptance of documents and samples, registration of documents; (b) issuing an invoice for payment for the provision of public services; and (c) conducting a chemical analysis of plants, soils, irrigation waters for the content of residual quantities of pesticides and agrochemicals, as well as for compliance with their standards and specifications, and an agrochemical analysis of the soil for the content of nutrients and humus and issuing a test report to the applicant.
