Administrative regulation for the state service “Establishment of the quarantine phytosanitary state of regulated products for export purposes, including all types of phytosanitary analyzes and examinations, issuance of an opinion/phytosanitary documentation on the quarantine phytosanitary state of regulated products.”

The provision of this public service is carried out by the Department of Chemicalization, Plant Protection and Quarantine under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) acceptance of an application and preliminary consideration of documents for obtaining services for issuing a phytosanitary and/or re-export phytosanitary certificate; (b) carrying out quarantine phytosanitary inspection of regulated products; (c) selection of samples for laboratory examination; (d) conducting a laboratory examination and issuing a laboratory report; and (e) drawing up a quarantine inspection report, processing services for issuing a phytosanitary and/or re-export phytosanitary certificate, or refusing to issue.
