Administrative regulations for the state service “Biological protection of plants against pests, diseases and weeds on agricultural crops, as well as biostimulants.”

The provision of this public service is carried out by the Department of Expertise of Agricultural Crops under the Ministry of Agriculture and its territorial divisions. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) acceptance of an application, preliminary examination of documents and conclusion of an agreement for the provision of services; (b) issuance of biomaterials for processing farmland; (c) monitoring effectiveness after use; and (d) communication with physical persons/subjects after completion of the procedure.
