Administrative regulations for the state service “Chemical treatment against pests (locusts and American white butterflies).”

The provision of this public service is carried out by the Department of Expertise of Agricultural Crops under the Ministry of Agriculture and its territorial divisions. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) acceptance and registration of applications; (b) conducting joint surveys of farmland and perennial plantings with representatives of local authorities to identify and diagnose harmful locusts and the American white butterfly in order to determine the type and regulations for the use of pesticides; (c) carrying out chemical treatments against locust pests and the American white butterfly based on joint surveys; and (d) checking the efficiency and quality of the work performed and transferring the Certificate of Completion to the applicant (local authorities).
