Administrative regulations for the state service “Chemical treatment against pests, diseases and weeds at the request of agricultural producers.”

The provision of this public service is carried out by the Department of Expertise of Agricultural Crops under the Ministry of Agriculture and its territorial divisions. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) reception and registration of documents; (b) accepting payment for a public service; (c) conducting a control survey of the applicant’s farmland and perennial plantings to identify and diagnose pests, diseases and weeds in order to determine the type and regulations for the use of pesticides; (d) carrying out chemical treatment against pests, diseases and weeds based on control surveys; and (e) checking the efficiency and quality of the work performed and transferring the Certificate of Completion to the applicant.
