Administrative regulations for the state service “Examination of the effectiveness and safety of veterinary medicinal products at the request of natural persons and legal entities.”

This public service is provided by the Department for Registration and Certification of Veterinary Medicines and Feed Additives under the Ministry of Agriculture. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) information and consultation; (b) acceptance of applications, letters of representation in established forms; (c) referrals to the quality control department of veterinary medicines, feedstuffs and feed additives and the department of healthy and infectious vivarium of sample samples and dossiers on veterinary medicines for the testing procedure; (d) analysis and processing of dossiers on submitted samples; and (e) drawing up and issuing a test report to the service consumer.
