Administrative regulations for the state service “Inspection of agricultural land, plantings, enterprises and adjacent territories, the activities of which are related to products of plant origin, to identify quarantine objects, with sampling and laboratory examinations at the request of natural persons and legal entities (entomological examination, herbological examination, phytopathological expertise)".

The provision of this public service is carried out by the Department of Chemicalization, Plant Protection and Quarantine under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) acceptance of applications and preliminary consideration of documents for conducting a survey; (b) carrying out quarantine phytosanitary inspection; (c) selection of samples (testing material) for laboratory examination; and (d) carrying out a quarantine laboratory examination (entomological, herbological, phytopathological and nematological) and issuing a conclusion - evidence of a quarantine phytosanitary examination.
