Administrative regulations for the state service “Performance of hydraulic engineering work at the request of natural persons and legal entities, in addition to mandatory planned repair and restoration work.”

The provision of this public service is carried out by the territorial bodies of the Water Resources Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. The result of providing a public service, depending on the request of the service consumer, can be: (a) construction and repair of gauging stations, canals and hydraulic structures; (b) mechanized cleaning of canals, drainage systems, daily and ten-day regulation pools; (c) construction and repair of mudflow-conducting structures, siphons and aqueducts; (d) construction of open and closed collector and drainage networks; (e) flushing closed drainage and sewerage; (f) drilling of the wells; (g) mowing reeds along the edges of canals, drains and collectors; (h) transportation of inert materials; and (i) installation and dismantling of deep-well pumps. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) acceptance of an application for a service and its registration; (b) appointment of a responsible executor; (c) preparation of a conclusion on the scope of work to perform the service; (d) concluding an agreement for the provision of services, preparing documents for prepayment; (e) performing repair work services; and (f) delivery of the object to the customer, preparation of documents for payment for services.
