Administrative regulations of the state service “Water supply to water users”.

The provision of this public service is carried out by territorial divisions of the Water Resources Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Procedure includes the following operations: (a) acceptance of an application for concluding a contract for the provision of services; (b) reception and registration of applications for water supply; (c) reception and registration of applications for water supply; (d) supply of water for irrigation; and (e) full payment of the cost of the service.
