Abstract
This Decision, with a view of ensuring food security and support of domestic agricultural producers and peasant farms, validates the List of commodities subject to application of value added tax at a rate of zero (0) percent on taxable supplies and taxable imports for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024. The List includes: (a) fertilized eggs of domestic chickens; (b) cereals and grains; (c) fish feed and animal feed; and (d) live cattle.
