Abstract
State metrological supervision is an activity carried out by a state executive body authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to verify compliance with the mandatory requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Packaged goods in packages shall be intended goods in packages that are packaged, packed and sealed in the absence of the consumer, while the contents of the package cannot be changed without opening and deforming it, and the weight, volume, length, area or other quantities , indicating the quantity of goods contained in the package, are marked on the package. State metrological supervision is carried out over: (a) the quantity of goods alienated during trade operations, in order to determine the actual value of mass, volume, consumption or other quantities and compliance with the sold quantity of these goods; and (b) the number of packaged goods in packages of any type during their packaging, sale, import in cases where the contents of the package cannot be changed without opening or deforming it, and the weight, volume, length, area or other quantities indicating the quantity of goods contained in the package, indicated on the packaging. State metrological supervision extends to the sphere of state regulation of: (a) veterinary medicine; (b) environmental protection; (c) trade operations and mutual settlements between the manufacturer (seller) and the consumer (buyer); and (d) activities in the mandatory field of technical regulation.
